ER Construction framed the home by starting with the 3000 sq ft finished walk-out basement that consists of 4 bedrooms, 3 baths, a theater and a bar. The first floor of the house contains a 16' barreled ceiling in the great room, an octagonal vaulted ceiling in the kitchen, and 10'ceilings through out the rest. The second floor has a single bedroom with its own bathroom and sitting area. This house has two, 2-car garages each with one single overhead door.
