Custom ICF ranch home with finished basement
Wapakoneta, Ohio
This custom home was constructed with the Arxx ICF wall system. This home featured a finished basement that consisted of a family room, bedroom, laundry room, bathroom, and bar. The main floor featured a large kitchen with a fireplace seperating the great room and dining area. The master bedroom had a double tray ceiling, while the formal dining room had layered ceiling accenting the area for the table location. Interior finishes consisted of painted and stained doors and trim. Exterior finshes included 30 yr. architectural shingle, brick and vinyl siding.
