3 Car Garage w Bonus Room

This project consisted of a room addition and a three car garage with a
bonus room above it. This room addition featured Trade Ready steel floor system by Dietrich Industries. This floor system was able to free span over the garage, requiring no support posts to hinder space in the garage parking area. Other features of this project consists of vinyl siding with Style Mark window/door headers and trim. The overhead doors are a Carriage style door, by Overhead Door Company of Findlay. A 30 yr. architectural shingle was installed.
